?After comparing the mechanical part of this filling machine with the traditional filling machine, we find its bottle holder has no lifting motion, mechanical structure is simple, the whole machine operates stably, with low noise, low failure rate of machinery, simple maintenance, and free from late maintenance.
?Non-contact filling isn't attached with surge tank. In filling, bottle mouth doesn't contact filling valve, the filling valve isn't switched on, without pollution, and free from the restriction of bottle mouth. Guide-bottle mouth doesn't need to be replaced frequently, and various different bottles can be used.
?No wine choking and leakage: For the double-speed variable velocity filling, filling mouth adopts damping-type flow channel, which reduces the impact when liquid column is injected into bottle. Wine liquid doesn't foam and overflow easily. Filling valve adopts reverse blocking seal at the end of filling so that liquid is cut off rapidly to put an end to dripping and leakage.
?Filling is high in precision and rapid in speed. This valve's filling precision is controlled by many controlling points. Time, temperature, alcohol contents, liquid level, etc. are automatically compensated through PLC industrial computer. The filling volume, production efficiency, bottle height, etc. don't need shutdown for adjustment and can be adjustable online through touch screen, with filling precision of ±2ml/500ml.
?Industrial computer control: It adopts international ## technology and integrates PLC industrial computer, touch screen, liquid level sensor, optoelectronics, pneumatics, solenoid valve, etc. to achieve automatic control and human-computer interface touch screen operation. The whole machine is simple in operation and high in automation degree.
?It achieves the filling method of liquid feeding at ordinary pressure, liquid delivery by pressurization, and defoaming at negative pressure. The liquid filled into bottles, based on the difference value between upper liquid level and lower liquid level set according to the requirements of filling volume, achieves quantitative filling with potential difference. In this way, the effects of liquid hanging surface is eliminated, errors produced by the fluctuation of liquid level are avoided, sensitivity of filling time is reduced.
?For the liquid feeding at ordinary pressure, the liquid feeding speed is slow, and there is no convection impact between gas and liquid, which avoids reducing filling precision generated by foam.
?The defoaming at negative pressure, the liquid column injected into bottle is soft, without choking and overflowing at the end of filling, which not only improves the filling speed, but also ## filling precision.
